Orchard is an Australian-made textured tufted loop pile carpet manufactured from 100% BCF solution dyed nylon. Its rich texture, subtle heathering and striated pattern create a wool-like appearance, while the fibre resists stains, moisture, mould and fading from sunlight and general wear. Rated Extra Heavy Duty (5 Star) for residential use and Medium Duty (2 Star) for contract applications, Orchard is suited to busy homes and appropriate commercial environments.
Orchard is also fire rated, pet friendly and track resistant, with a lifetime anti-static guarantee subject to manufacturer conditions. BC Floors can advise, supply and professionally install Orchard carpet across Wollongong and the Illawarra, helping homeowners, businesses, builders and designers select an appropriate flooring and installation solution for their project.
Orchard is available in 9 colours, with a neutral, earthy palette designed to complement contemporary interiors and furnishings. Its subtle heathering and striated surface introduce tonal variation and visual depth, creating the refined character of wool while retaining the practical performance of solution dyed nylon.
The versatile palette can be coordinated with timber, stone, tiles, joinery and other interior finishes across residential and suitable commercial spaces. Its heathered colouring also helps conceal everyday dirt, while the colourfast construction is designed to resist rubbing, bleeding and fading from sunlight and general wear.
